SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing We process orders the same day they're placed, so your order is on its way fast. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET ship the same day; orders after that ship the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Germany & EU: approximately 6–7 days
  • United Kingdom: approximately 7–9 days
  • United States & rest of world: approximately 7–12 days These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during busy periods or due to factors outside our control, such as carrier or customs delays.

Shipping cost Free worldwide shipping on every order. No minimum, no surprises at checkout.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it all the way to your door. You can also track any time on our Track Order page. If your tracking number isn't working, just email us at lumeraclub@gmx.de and we'll help.

Customs & import duties (international orders) For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be charged on arrival by your local authorities. These are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility. Please check your country's rules before ordering.

Wrong or undeliverable address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your Lumera. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

Your 30-day guarantee You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

EU right of withdrawal If you're a consumer in the EU, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, in line with EU consumer law. This applies regardless of our 30-day guarantee. Full details and the cancellation form are on our Right of Withdrawal page.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund — usually without needing the item back.

Change-of-mind returns If you've simply changed your mind, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please email us first at lumeraclub@gmx.de to start the return — don't send anything back before we've confirmed the details and return address. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

How to start a return Email lumeraclub@gmx.de with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the next steps and, where relevant, the return address.

Hygiene note As these are worn on the head, headbands that have been used cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons unless they are faulty. Your statutory EU rights are unaffected.

REFUND POLICY

When you'll get your refund Once we've received and checked your returned item — or approved your faulty/damaged claim — we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days and email you to confirm.

How you'll be refunded Refunds are issued to your original payment method. After we process it, it can take a further 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

What's refunded

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: full refund, including any original shipping you paid.
  • Change-of-mind returns: the price of the item(s) is refunded. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds If you haven't received your refund after the time above, please check with your bank or card provider first, as processing can lag. If you've done that and still haven't received it, contact us at lumeraclub@gmx.de.

Sale items Discounted and sale items can be returned and refunded under the same terms. For EU customers, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to sale items too.
